convenient location neat room helpful staff

the location was really convenient! it was a short walk from the railway station and close to town attractions. the room was neat and the bathroom was good. i appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel had limited cleaning service. I needed to request it in advance.

convenient location tea bags

the location was very convenient (it made exploring the city easy). the room was quiet and clean. i also appreciated the tea bags and instant coffee provided with a heating pot in the room.

the reception staff seemed a bit grumpy. they came across as confrontational rather than helpful. maybe i caught them on a bad day (hopefully).

a lovely surprise!

convenient location amazing quietness dark curtains

the hotel's location was convenient! it was a short walk from the central railway station. the room offered amazing quietness, aided by effective dark curtains. i liked having tea bags and instant coffee provided, alongside a heating pot.

the room was really small. it felt especially cramped for a family. the lack of space impacted our stay slightly. the limited room size made it difficult to fully unpack and relax.

damaged carpet small corridor

the location was acceptable since it was near the train station.

The room was not great for the price. the carpet had obvious damage, and the view faced a courtyard, overlooking many rooms. luggage storage involved a small corridor. I had to move things around.

Really good City Stay

amazing location sufficient space pleasant manners

The location was amazing, and I was very close to everything. The room provided sufficient space for a great stay. Staff members displayed pleasant manners and always greeted guests with a smile. I found that quite awesome.

I found no drawers in my room, and that meant my clothes were in my suitcase. I think a little drawer space would be nice.
